New Orleans Recipes - Chicken stew

In my continuing series of New Orleans favorite recipes that my mother taught me, I give him chicken in the sauce. I am eternally grateful that I was hanging around when my mother was cooking. Ingredients:

2 cups flour, or gold, combine 1 cup red or brown gravy mix
Water
Salt and pepper and Tony Chachere seasoning to taste
You can add the sauce mixture in the end, if not sufficiently thickfor you
Preparation:

Chop onions and green onions and celery finely and
Fry in vegetable oil and virgin olive five minutes

A simple recipe for chicken breasts

Personally, I always use chicken breasts, chicken thighs, but can almost always be replaced if you prefer dark meat. Since chicken thighs are smaller than chicken breasts, increasing the number of pieces of chicken in a specific recipe.

I also prefer the taste of kosher chicken, and never usesalt in my recipes that are kosher salt chicken during the period of treatment. I also always wash chicken then pat dry before the drying process.

Chicken perfumed with garlic

4 chicken breasts (you can use on the skin or the skin of chicken pieces)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup dry bread crumbs

¼ cup olive oil

Lemon Chicken

4 chicken breasts

1 / 3 cup lemon juice

½ cup butter or margarine

½ cup flour

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon chopped onion

Salt and pepper

Easy chicken with flour dust. Melt butter, then coat chicken with butter. Put remaining butter in bakingflat. Bake 30 minutes in the oven to 375 degrees. During cooking, gardens chicken in butter a few times.

While chicken is cooking, prepare sauce. Combine lemon juice, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Remove chicken from oven and drizzle with sauce. Bake 25-30 minutes more, basting with sauce several times during cooking.
